HPRU-EZI holds first annual meeting

The first annual scientific meeting for the HPRU-EZI programme took place virtually on Wednesday 3rd February 2021. Chaired by our Director, Prof Tom Solomon, it gave us a chance to look back at our achievements over the last year while also looking ahead to our future objectives. It was also an opportunity for our PhD students and Fellows to introduce themselves and their projects to the wider group and we were honoured to be joined by the External Advisory Panel including its Chair, Prof David Heymann of LSHTM. 

It is hoped that future annual meetings will take place in-person once COVID-19 restrictions have eased.
